This Privacy Policy describes how BINTANG BIRU ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application Truco Festa (the "App" or "Service"), available on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Definitions

• Account: A unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.
• App: Truco Festa, the software application provided by BINTANG BIRU and distributed through the Apple App Store.
• Company: BINTANG BIRU, the developer and publisher of the App.
• Device: Any Apple device that can access the Service, such as an iPhone or iPad.
• Personal Data: Any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service: The App and related online features.
• Service Provider: Any third-party company or individual engaged by the Company to facilitate the Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how the Service is used.
• Usage Data: Data collected automatically through use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure (for example, session duration, game activity, and diagnostic data).
• You: The individual accessing or using the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Data You Provide

When using our Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

• Phone number (when you register an account with your phone number, or if you choose to bind a phone number)
• Profile information such as avatar or nickname
• Customer support communications

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we may automatically collect:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Identifier for Vendor — IDFV), language settings, and time zone
• Usage Data: Game progress, session duration, features used, in-app interactions, crash logs, and performance diagnostics
• Network Information: IP address and general network connection type
• Purchase Information: Records of in-app purchases processed by Apple (we do not receive or store your full payment card details; payments are handled entirely by Apple)

Guest Login: If you use guest login, we may use your device identifier (IDFV) to create and authenticate a guest account without requiring email or phone registration.

2.3 Sign in with Apple

If you choose to sign in with Apple, authentication is handled through Apple's Sign in with Apple service. We use this login method to let you access your account securely and quickly without creating a separate password.

Depending on your choices during authorization, we may receive information permitted by Apple, such as:

• User Identifier: A unique identifier assigned by Apple to link your account across sessions and devices
• Name: Your name, if you choose to share it (Apple may provide this only during your first authorization)
• Email Address: Your email address or an Apple private relay email address, depending on your choice

We use this information solely to create, authenticate, and manage your account. We do not use Sign in with Apple data for advertising or unrelated purposes. You can manage your Apple ID and connected apps at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

2.4 Facebook Login

If you choose to log in with Facebook, authentication is handled through the Facebook SDK. We use Facebook Login to let you access your account securely and quickly using your Facebook credentials.

When you explicitly choose Facebook Login and grant permission, we may receive:

• Name / Nickname: Your Facebook display name for account creation and personalization
• Profile Picture: Your Facebook profile picture for display within your in-app profile, if available
• Facebook User ID: A unique identifier used to authenticate and manage your account

We collect this information only when you choose Facebook Login. We use it solely to create, authenticate, and manage your account. You can revoke Facebook's access to the App at any time through your Facebook account settings or by contacting us.

3. iOS Permissions

The App may request access to the following features on your Apple device. You can manage these permissions at any time in Settings > [Truco Festa] on your device:

• Photo Library: To select and upload images from your device
• Microphone: To enable in-game voice communication
• Notifications: To send game updates, events, and service-related alerts (with your consent)
• Wireless Data / Network: Required for online gameplay, account services, and content updates

We only access these features after you grant permission. Denying permission may limit related functionality but will not prevent you from using other parts of the App.

4. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On devices running iOS 14.5 and later, we may request your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising and attribution purposes. This request is presented through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

If you decline tracking, we will not access your device's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for cross-app tracking. The App will continue to function, though some personalized advertising or attribution features may be limited.

You can change your tracking preference at any time via Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

5. Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
• For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.
• To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
• To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
• To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.
• For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
• For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

• With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact You.

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless needed for security or service improvement purposes.

Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us immediately. If we discover that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

11. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we may also provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

14. Facebook Privacy

When you use Facebook Login, your use of Facebook services is also subject to Meta's data practices. For more information about how Facebook processes your data, please review Meta's privacy policy:

Facebook Login is optional. You may also sign in using Sign in with Apple, guest login, phone number, or other methods supported in the App.
